Used Daumar PA-25 with CB-34 and Kwik Lok

"The PA-25 is truly a multi purpose machine able to weigh a full range of fruit and vegetables, including potatoes, onions, garlic, nuts, oranges, lemons, grapefruit and soft fruit, with speed and accuracy. No manual adjustments are required, as all commands are entered via the keypad and displayed on a LCD screen. This LCD screen can be used to view production data as the machine is running or at the end of the day."   (daumarcorp.com)

This PA-25 weigher was manufactured in 2007 but bought new in 2008.  It has been well cared for involving regular cleanings and maintenance as can be seen by the pictures. The weigher runs incredibly quiet and the computer program is very user friendly for first time operators.  The machine has been used in a potato packing facility since bought new, packing approximately 100 acres per year.

The weigher operates two delivery belts to which the weigh buckets drop carring the potatoes to the bagger.  These belts are in excellent shape as can be seen by the picture.

The weigher is accompanied by a 13 foot stainless steel feeding conveyor.  Through the use of censor eyes, the conveyor provides the weigher with a consistent flow of potatoes, starting and stopping automatically. This helps to ensure that the most accurate weight possible is deposited into the bag.

The CB 34 bagger is a fully automatic poly bagger and was  manufactured in 2004. Just as the weigher, the CB 34 bagger preforms like new.  According the the production charts on the weigher, this machine regurlary runs at 25-5 lb bags/minute in our packing line.  This machine is equiped with a Kwik Lok closer and imprinter.  As seen in the pictures.
